About
I am Teacher Dattatray Ware, but many lovingly call me Ware Guruji. As the principal of ZP School Wablewadi, my journey has been one of passion, perseverance, and purpose. My commitment to education and community development has been the driving force behind the transformation of our humble school into an internationally acclaimed institution. Through sheer determination and innovative thinking, I was able to secure the prestigious recognition of an international school under the Government of Maharashtra’s OJAS International School project. This achievement has not only filled me with immense pride but has also put our school on the global map, attracting attention from educators worldwide. When I took the helm, our school faced challenges, struggling to enroll students as parents favored high-profile schools with CBSE curriculum. However, with my team and I working tirelessly, we turned the tide. Today, ZP School Wablewadi boasts a waiting list of over 2500 admissions, as parents have recognized the value of the education we offer and the nurturing environment we provide. My journey has been more than just about academic achievements. I believe in holistic education, and my initiatives have extended to community development projects that have brought about positive change in the village of Wablewadi. I take pride in the improved infrastructure, access to modern educational resources, and skill development opportunities that we’ve provided to our local community. My approach to education has been student-centric, aiming to ignite curiosity and foster a love for learning. I’ve incorporated innovative teaching methodologies and embraced technology to ensure that our students receive nothing but the best. Throughout my career, I’ve strived to be an inspiration to both educators and students, imparting the values of determination, empathy, and the pursuit of excellence. Witnessing the transformation of our school and community has been immensely rewarding, and I am deeply humbled by the respect and admiration I’ve earned from all those I’ve had the privilege to serve. As I look back at the impact I’ve made and the legacy I aim to leave, I am filled with gratitude for the opportunity to make a difference in the lives of countless individuals. My journey is a testament to the power of education and the potential it holds to shape a brighter future for all.
